Job Description:

Volt is immediately hiring for Production Technician in Gardena, CA. As an Installation Technician, you will: Install prefabricated wall, roof, and floor panels with precision Assemble and finish high-quality interiors, including appliances and cabinetry Connect and test mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, telehandlers, and other job site equipment Follow technical drawings and work orders to ensure accurate installations Perform quality inspections and document completed work and any modifications Maintain jobsite professionalism and comply with PPE and safety protocols Travel to job sites throughout California and assist at HQ as needed This is a full-time opportunity Monday - Friday The ideal candidate will have Mandatory Skills: 1 years of construction or installation experience preferred Specialized skills such as drywall, electrical, or plumbing are a plus Ability to use power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment Strong ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions Great communication skills and professional demeanor on job sites Physical capability to lift 30 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, standing, or crawling High school diploma or equivalent (required) Willingness to travel, work OT, and handle dynamic field environments Pay range $22-$30 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
