Job Description:

Well known company has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant to support two Directors. Looking for someone who has at least four years experience.You will be responsible for answering phones, calendaring, spreadsheets, and assisting with special projects. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook! Must have excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Must be a team player. Great working environment.
