Job Details Job Details: Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented financial professional with a knack for numbers and a love for strategic planning? We are in search of an Accountant to join our high-performing team in the finance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of accounting duties, including financial analysis, forecasting, tax preparation, and more. Responsibilities: As an Accountant, your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Managing all aspects of accounting operations, including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cost accounting, and revenue recognition. 2. Conducting detailed financial analysis and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to drive business decisions. 3. Coordinating the preparation of budget and financial forecasts, and reporting variances. 4. Preparing and submitting timely monthly financial statements. 5. Coordinating the preparation of regulatory reporting and tax filings. 6. Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. 7. Participating in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process and system changes. 8. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Accountant position will have the following qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in the finance industry. 3. Proven expertise in financial analysis, accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, financial accounting, tax accounting, cost accounting, and general ledger management. 4. Experience in tax preparation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and agricultural accounting. 5. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel and accounting software systems. 6. Excellent analytical skills with Interested in hearing more?
