a highly skilled and dedicated Permanent QC Tech to join our
Manufacturing team on the 2nd shift. This is a fantastic
opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to our
company's quality control department. The ideal candidate will have
a minimum of 2 years of experience in production and a solid
understanding of quality control standards and protocols in the
manufacturing industry. This role involves ensuring that our
products meet all necessary requirements before they reach the
consumer. Responsibilities: As a Permanent QC Tech, your primary
responsibilities will include: 1. Conducting regular quality
control tests and inspections to ensure that our products meet the
set standards. 2. Analyzing production data to identify and
understand variations in the manufacturing process. 3.
Collaborating with the production team to implement effective
quality control measures. 4. Identifying, investigating, and
resolving quality-related issues in the manufacturing process. 5.
Documenting test results and maintaining records for future
reference. 6. Training and guiding junior staff on quality control
procedures and standards. 7. Participating in the development of
quality control policies and procedures. 8. Maintaining up-to-date
knowledge of industry trends, advancements, and best practices in
quality control. 9. Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety
and quality regulations. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for
the Permanent QC Tech position should have the following
qualifications: 1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a
production role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. 2.
Proven experience in quality control or a similar role. 3.
Excellent knowledge of quality control standards, testing methods,
and inspection techniques. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality-related
issues. 5. Proficiency in using quality control software and other
related tools. 6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with
the ability to collaborate effectively with the production team. 7.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot defects and
inconsistencies in products. 8. Ability to work independently and
make decisions with minimal supervision. 9. A relevant
certification in quality control or a related field would be an
added advantage. 10. Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy
