Job Details We’re seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to
support our FSQA (Food Safety & Quality Assurance) team in
maintaining high standards for documentation, regulatory audits,
and compliance across a USDA-regulated production environment. This
is an ideal role for someone who thrives in structured systems but
also wants to gain more on-floor operational exposure. Key
Responsibilities: Maintain and manage food safety and quality
documentation systems, including SOPs, SSOPs, and GMP protocols
Support third-party, regulatory, and customer audits (GFSI, USDA,
BRC, SMETA, etc.) by organizing and presenting required
documentation Coordinate and assist in root cause analysis
investigations, CAPAs, and follow-up actions Develop, translate,
and deliver bilingual (Spanish/English) food safety training
materials and sessions Participate in on-floor compliance checks,
including GMP audits, pre-op inspections, sanitation validation,
and production walk-throughs Ensure all programs meet USDA, FDA,
and GFSI standards and are audit-ready at all times Collaborate
with QA, Operations, and Sanitation teams to ensure food safety
systems are being followed and enforced Assist with electronic
documentation systems and FSQA data entry/analysis to support
reporting and traceability Support internal audit programs and
continuous improvement projects aimed at regulatory readiness and
product integrity ? Qualifications: 2–5 years in a regulatory,
compliance, or QA documentation role within food manufacturing
(USDA facility preferred) Strong working knowledge of GFSI programs
(SQF, BRC, etc.), HACCP, GMPs, and USDA/FDA requirements Bilingual
(English/Spanish) preferred, especially for training and document
translation Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic document systems
(e.g., SharePoint, TraceGains, etc.) HACCP certification or PCQI is
a plus Comfortable being present on the production floor as part of
