SUMMARY:------A unique opportunity for learning the Securities
Industry. After successfully completing a two month training
program, you will be taking incoming calls from existing clients,
place outgoing calls, perform routine follow-up tasks, and provide
exceptional service to PlanMember's Clients (PlanMembers) and to
PlanMember's Financial Advisors and Financial Centers (Partners).
No cold calls! A------------------------------------During this
minimum 24 month program, Representatives will participate in the
Securities Industry Training ("SIT") program which will prepare
them for routine job duties and for passing required licensure
exams. Representatives will have the opportunity to advance through
several Tiers (Positions) during their tenure in the SIT program
and will be required to secure FINRA SIE, Series 6, 63 and 7
Licenses according to a pre-set schedule. Based on proficiencies
achieved (Knowledge and Service) Representatives may have the
opportunity to secure additional FINRA Licenses such as the Series
65 and/or Series 24.--MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Tier I:
PlanMember Client Service Representative--(Approximately 8
months.)Obtain FINRA SIE, Series 6 license within 4 months of hire
& FINRA Series 63 within 6 months of hire. Training for Tier I and
Tier II training will be delivered at the same time.--After
successful completion of the SIT program, properly answer incoming
calls from PlanMember's Clients and process transactions and
provide information that relate to client accounts such
as:----------------Account Information----------------Account
Maintenance----------------Products----------------Retirement
Plans----------------Distributions----------------Loans----------------NIGO
Applications (outbound calling)----------------Update call log to
ensure timing standards are met----------------Web
Support----------------Transfer Out
Questions----------------Mailings and
Literature----------------Transfer In
Questions----------------Process return mail----------------Prepare
service and research requests----------------Auditing--Tier II:
Advisor Service Representative--(Approximately 4 months.)Obtain
FINRA Series 7 license by 16 months of hireMovement into Tier II
will be based on competency-based testing and business needs.
Continue to answer incoming Client calls (volume dependent) with
the addition of answering inbound calls from Advisors and Partners.
Address questions and process transactions as outlined in Tier 1
above with the addition of the following:----------------Commission
Questions----------------New Business Questions--Tier III: Senior
Advisor Service Representative and Relationship Manager*Pershing,
Preference, Fidelity, Folio and TD Ameritrade (Approximately 12
months.)--In addition to Tier I and II responsibilities, answer
incoming calls from Advisors and Financial Centers related
to:----------------Transaction processing----------------Account
ServicingBuild a strong platform knowledge (NetX360, Save Daily,
Fidelity)Communicate training and coaching needs to Director and
AVPPotential for projects outside Service Center*Relationship
Manager - Financial Center (Assigned based on
proficiency)----------------------to improve company's service
relationships and efforts with Partners (Advisors and Financial
Centers) through the facilitation of outstanding service,
communication and support such that the business maximizes the
value of its relationships and maintains a good reputation
overall.----------------Survey Financial Advisors/Financial
Centers; maintain and report results quarterly--Advisor on House
"Orphaned" Accounts (Assigned based on desire and
proficiency)Service Existing House "Orphaned" AccountsMaintain call
contact reportADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES: Representatives on track
with time commitments and excelling in their current position will
be offered the following opportunities.----------Subject Matter
Expert: (SME) to become an SME in a variety of topics, assuming
responsibility for maintaining and updating content on the topic
and assisting with teaching and coaching new
employees.----------PlanMember EDGE Program: to apply for
participation in the EDGE Program, to develop and grow talents
outside of the SIT Program.--INTERNAL

REQUIREMENTS:----------------4 year college degree (any major) or 4
years equivalent work experience----------------Obtain FINRA Series
6 within 4 months of hire; 63 licenses within 6 months of hire &
Series 7 by 16 months of hire----------------Strong listening
skills (Attentive, Active and Objective)----------------Clear,
