leader who can inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional
results.Job ResponsibilitiesAs the Director of Sales, you will be
responsible for overseeing the sales operations and developing
strategies to achieve the organization's sales goals. Key
responsibilities include:Develop and implement sales strategies to
drive revenue growth and expand market presence.Lead, mentor, and
manage the sales team to ensure achievement of individual and team
targets.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify
opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.Build and
maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic
partners.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams
to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.Prepare
and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior
management.Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies,
procedures, and ethical standards.Stay updated on industry trends,
emerging markets, and competitor activities to inform strategic
decisions.Required Skills & Abilities:--Superior interpersonal
skills and ability to work extremely well as part of a team.Ability
to work well under pressure and manage sensitive or controversial
