Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams? We're searching for an ambitious, professional real estate sales buyer's agent for an exciting opportunity with our team. We generate leads and provide the tech stack and proven systems for you to succeed. You'll be responsible for working with our inbound prospective homebuyers and continuously following up through closing and beyond. Responsibilities:
--- Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
--- Conduct buyer interviews -
--- Closely work with qualified leads by giving them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
--- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
--- Quickly demonstrate proficiency in connecting and converting buyers
--- Show homes, prepare offers, and negotiate to acceptance
--- Know our market - the communities, the trends, and the stats
--- Adhere to the NAR Code of Ethics and advocate fiercely for clients
--- Track all communication in our CRM
--- Attend team meetings, daily huddles, and coaching calls
--- Commit to relevance and skill-building through reading, attending webinars, and events as determined to be beneficial
--- Represent us professionally while communicating with clients, vendors, and service providers
--- Maintain social profiles that advance you and our team as qualified experts
--- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and trust

Qualifications:

A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred
Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
Has superb interpersonal and communication skills

--- Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
--- Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals

--- The desire to constantly learn
--- A desire to earn $100,000+ annually -
--- The ability to work nights and weekends - but not every night or every weekend
--- Competency with technology and social media
--- Positive can-do attitude, strong work ethic, professional in demeanor
--- Willing to be held accountable for adhering to the systems and processes we have in place to ensure success
--- The ability to serve clients within a 30-mile radius of our home base, so reliable transportation is a must
