What You Will Be Doing
- Serving a Technical Account Manager/Implementation Manager for key accounts
- Understanding customer goals and ensuring success and alignment with our services and products
- C-level relationship-building to grow our footprint and product suite
- Ensure resolution of technical issues including system onboarding/implementation and feature customization (collaborating with our Product and Engineering teams)
- Owning customer satisfaction with a keen eye on analysis and feedback
- Implement our Software Suite & onboard customers with a keen awareness to customer needs, system configuration & technical tradeoffs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop product opportunities to ensure customer engagement, improve interaction and iterate on product features for increased usability
What You Need for this Position
At least a Bachelor's in a Communications or Technology field and at least 3 years of relevant work experience in SaaS account management, implementation or Customer Success PLUS

- Experience with project management & managing multiple customer relationships smoothly and efficiently
- Proficiency/subject-matter experience in Logistics/E-commerce/Supply Chain/Transportation Management or similar
- Ability to work with stakeholders to define product features to address customer needs and facilitate onboarding
- Commitment to improving customer engagement and retention
- Technical understanding of system and software configuration and ability to translate requirements between technical and non-technical parties
- Understanding of Enterprise software such as CRM, ERP, or other SaaS
- Unparalleled communication skills and dedication to thrilling the customer
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, ability to create implementation documentation & best practices
