What you will do: You will provide critical issue support to our Technical Success team to help identify and remediate complex technical issues within our production platform You will perform deep dive analysis of problems within the code to identify, report, and resolve bugs in an expedient fashion You will work with the development team to build on automation and tooling that empowers others to self-service support functions of their jobs Qualifications What we are looking for: A systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive. 1 years of Ruby on Rails development experience Intermediate SQL database experience Comfort working in a customer facing role that relies heavily on detailed and regular updates to ongoing issues Additional Information What is the team like?
