BRIEF DESCRIPTION
BluSky's Dispatcher---is an integral part of our organization tasked to respond to our emergency or non-emergency calls to provide help and information.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  
• Responsible for monitoring numerous fire alert applications for disaster emergencies and work closely with our offices nationwide---
  
• Serves as back-up to the call center for call overflow.---
  
• Responsible for opening jobs in the system.--------- Dispatches any emergencies/services requested or required to the appropriate branch office.---
  
  SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
  This role has no direct reports.

  QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  
  • 
    
  • Dispatch/customer service experience---
    
  • Effective communication skills and ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with management, employees, and our clients/customers.---
    
  • Ability to monitor and hear numerous sounds/noises at once.------
    
  • Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
    
  • Excellent customer service skills---
    
  • Must be flexible to cover other shifts if needed and must work holidays.---BluSky's dispatch and call center operates 24/7/365.
    
    EDUCATION:
    High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
