As part of our retail stores, sales consultants earn a minimum of $15/hour which includes commissions and base pay as determined by location. We are proud that our sales consultants make a national average of $24.50 per hour with the opportunity to earn more through uncapped commissions. Compensation is based on geography and full time benefits start day 61. What we're looking for High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. At least 18 years of age Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Legally authorized to work in the United States Physical Requirements Ability to lift 10 pounds Ability to stand for long periods of time Training Requirements All Sales Consultants are required to attend and successfully complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 2 weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
