Job Description:

The candidate will join the title group within our legal team
supporting solar and wind development and financing efforts,
including obtaining title curative documents and closing out title
policies. The candidate for this position must be a detail-oriented
cohesive team player with an optimistic attitude, and a
self-starter with the ability to relate to diverse groups of
people; balance conflicting resources and priorities; have
experience managing complex real estate title insurance matters
including review, analysis and resolution of title exceptions and
requirements identified in title commitments and title policies
issued by title insurance companies; and must be highly organized
and proficient at drafting and maintaining documents and tracking
spreadsheets for multiple projects.
This position can sit in Santa Barbara, CA or Houston, TX and will
report to the Title Director. This role is open to a hybrid
scheduled of both in-office and work-from-home days.

Primary responsibility is to manage, and perform tasks and
assignments related to, the process of insuring our wind projects
through real estate title insurance policies, including but not
limited to the following:

The pay range for this role is: $61,455 - $156,650. The listed
salary range represents ENGIE's good faith estimate for this
position and represents the minimum and maximum for new hire
salaries across all U.S. locations. An employee's rate of pay
within the range is determined by their work location, and
additional factors, including qualifications, relevant experience,
and demonstrated performance over time. In addition to those
factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider
internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final
offer. Please keep in mind that the range stated above is the full
base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range
would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued
salary growth. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and
competitive benefits package and certain positions are eligible for
additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
