Job Description:

SUPERVISOR: Shipping Floor Manager/Warehouse Manager DESCRIPTION: The primary function of the Shipping Lead is to lead the picking and packing teams daily, ensuring daily orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Support customer service and warehouse shipping activities by coordinating and directing picking and packing teams for daily order fulfillment. ? Ensure teams understand expectations and consistently meet or exceed KPI's. ? Work with Warehouse Manager and floor manager on daily priorities. ? Oversee printing and distribution of daily pick tickets and distribution to team members. ? Pull, distribute and direct weekly Transfer Orders and weekly/seasonal photoshoots transfer orders. ? Responsible for reviewing all transfer orders and verifying/auditing daily picks. ? Responsible for sending Transfer Order email recaps and fulfillment. ? Ensure the packing team is fulfilling orders accurately and timely. ? Ensure accurate packing standards for all product shipping via UPS and freight are followed by the packing team. ? Key point of contact for customer service and retail teams on all stock inventory inquiries and fulfillment needs. ? Troubleshoot inventory problems with the inventory team and manage missing items doc to pull inventory from stores when needed. ? Manage shipping replacements for damaged items. ? Support daily picking when needed. ? Monitor and order all packing materials needed. ? Lead and motivate the team. ? Train new shipping team members. ? Follow company policies and procedures. ? Maintain a clean and safe work environment. ? Support Warehouse Management team and facility. QUALIFICATIONS: ? 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferably in home decor or interiors. ? Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills? Accuracy and attention to detail. ? Computer and ERP systems experience. ? UPS, Shiphawk or other fulfillment system experience required. ? Team player. ? Ability to lift and mobilize large items, up to 50 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques. PI206378473
