Surveillance & Network Systems (SNS) organization at Raytheon
Intelligence & Space provides the joint warfighter with actionable
information from an unblinking eye across the battlespace. By
joining our SNS Engineering team you'll have the opportunity to
design, develop and test product capabilities for Active
Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radars, integrated sensor
suites, precision targeting, multispectral EO/IR targeting systems,
Pilot Situational Awareness, Special mission aircraft and Strategic
and tactical ISR Systems.The selected candidate will be responsible
for design and development of RVS electrical and electronic
products, including modules and electronics assemblies. This
position will develop and perform electrical design /electrical
design analysis and will also develop and oversee FPGA/FW design
solutions & documentation, using state of the art industry FPGAs.
This individual will implement design solutions, perform
simulations, and perform analysis and testing of associated
hardware in a laboratory or production setting.Additionally, this
individual will work with the RVS Test Engineering group to develop
test interface electronic designs in support of manufacturing and
test. They will become familiar with the latest technology trends
in electronics design for a variety of vision and imaging systems.
The selected candidate will be a Responsible Engineering Authority
(REA), acting as a technical lead for various programs. The
candidate will work in the product development team environment
with system and software engineers. This position may require
occasional business-related travel.
Clearance Requirement: Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security
Clearance within one year, US Citizenship required.Required
Skills:Minimum 10+ years of experience in digital and analog
electrical/electronic design and testingExperience with block
diagrams, trade studies, parts lists, and design review packages
for complex electronicsHands-on experience in testing of electronic
products using high-speed oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, signal
generators, spectrum analyzers, waveform generators, and debugging
toolsDevelopment and validation of VHDL and/or Verilog code for
FPGAsTech Bench generation (including drivers, checkers,
assertions, etc.)FPGA simulation toolsDesign tools such as Spice,
Matlab, Schematic Capture tools, Electronics Computer Aided Design
(ECAD) tools, Hyperlinx, or equivalentPWA/PWB suppliers/vendors
from development through production supportSupport a fast pace and
dynamic product development environmentTeam player with good
interpersonal skills as well as written/verbal communication
skillsEarned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and or other project
related management toolsU.S. Citizenship status is required as this
position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start
dateDesired SkillsActive Security ClearancePrevious experience in
working on DARPA, AFRL, ONR, or NRL programsExperience in new
business development for advanced technology, including direct
customer interface and a familiarity with the DoD Science and
Technology community.
Required Education:Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a
related STEM discipline such as Math, Physics, Electrical
Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or a related
discipline.) A related advanced degree is preferred but not

USD - 236,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several
factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the
