Summary of Job Duties
(Note: This summary will be used for keyword search) Reporting to the Director, Event Management & Protocol, provides event coordination, oversight and production management of multi-annual Economic Forecast Project (EFP) summit events. Provides analytical and administrative support for events assisting department event planners. Covers other staff assignments related to campus events. Provides and tracks budget data for events being orchestrated.

Minimum Requirements
BA/BS and two years of experience planning and coordinating large events, or AA and five years of experience planning and coordinating large events, or equivalent combination of years of experience.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of public address systems, experience using PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Desirable Requirements
Stage presentation experience preferred.
