Summary of Job Duties
(Note: This summary will be used for keyword search) The SciTrek Assistant will be in charge of the administrative aspects of the program. Duties include coordination and setting up schedules between teachers, volunteers, and faculty members. Organizes events. Packs and puts away materials for modules. Updates the website. Proof reads SciTrek materials. Helps with fundraising and recruitment. Enters data into databases, and drives volunteers to schools.

Minimum Requirements
Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work with frequent interruptions while paying attention to details. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as with co-workers in a team setting. Demonstrated computer literacy including word processing, data entry into databases, and posting website updates
