People Creating Success is looking for compassionate, patient, and caring Direct Support Professional/Personal Attendants to join us in supporting adults with developmental disabilities in their daily lives. We offer a variety of shifts and are especially interested in candidates who are available on weekends.

What You'll Do:

Your duties will vary based on the needs of the individuals you support but may include:

Following individual program plans and working towards their goals
Completing documentation at the end of each shift
Assisting with daily living activities, including:Cleaning, cooking, and light household duties
Participating in community events and activities
Supporting healthy food choices and budget management
Helping with hobbies, studies, and social activities
Providing hygiene and bathing assistance if needed
Lifting and transferring individuals if applicable
Assisting with medication management if applicable
Communicating with staff and program managers about individuals' progress
Maintaining mature judgment and a warm, caring demeanor

Requirements for Employment:

CPR/First Aid/AED certification is a plus (Training available if not certified)
Valid Driver's License (if applicable)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION

Legal

Criminal background clearance through the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation
Clear driving record
Clear drug screening
