Volt is immediately hiring for Program Administrator in Santa Maria, CA.



As a Program Administrator you will

Communicate regularly with external customers to coordinate product specifications
Compile and communicate regular reports on status and risks
Escalate risks and issues to management
Ensure completion and filing of all pre-shipment documentation
Maintain a safe, secure and legal work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures
Perform other duties and projects as requested



The ideal Program Administrator candidate will have:

Associates degree required, bachelors degree preferred
MS Office proficiency
Great attention to detail
Purchasing or Planning experience is a plus



This is a temporary, 6 month assignment.

Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm

Pay Rate is: $28.00/hr .

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
