A company is looking for a Partner, Organizational
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with talent review processes and develop into a backup for
this critical process
Own medium-complexity ad hoc reporting and people analytics needs,
supporting leadership with data-driven insights
Build scalable frameworks, dashboards, and tools to streamline
People processes and improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources,
Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field, or
equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in organizational development, people
analytics, workforce planning, or a related field
Strong data analysis and visualization skills, with experience
using spreadsheets and analytics tools
Experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and process execution
to support People functions
Familiarity with QA testing, operational workflow management, and
taxonomy updates
