Description:
Licensed clinicians are eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan
forgiveness because CALM is an NHSC approved site.
This is an in-person position. The Intake Supervisor is responsible
for overseeing the Intake process, ensuring flow of admissions to
CALM clinical programs for the region and supervising intake
coordinators. The Intake Supervisor is responsible for supporting
the client and assessing client needs for services. The position
continually monitors the Intake process and makes changes to Intake
protocols as needed.
Requirements:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of the
Intake process ensuring high quality, efficient and effective
service delivery. - Review the intake process and protocols to
ensure continuous quality improvement. - Recruit, hire, onboard and
train staff. - Provide Intake training to existing and new Intake
Coordinators. - Provide administrative and clinical supervision to
intake coordinators. - Maintain active clinical
license/registration with California licensing board (BBS or BOP).
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback. - Conduct weekly
meetings with Program Managers and Intake team to facilitate case
assignments. - Assist with client walk-ins or crisis calls as
needed. - Provide limited direct clinical service as needed. -
Enforce high ethical and legal standards for all clinical
practices. - Ensure compliance with all CALM policies and
procedures. - Collaborate with community partners and agencies to
discuss CALM services and referrals. - Serve on CALM's Leadership
Team and attend monthly meetings.
Education and/or Experience: - Minimum of two years' experience as
a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or licensed
Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or licensed Professional Clinical
Counselor (LPCC) from the California Bard of Behavioral Sciences or
Licensed Psychologist from the California Board of Psychology
Qualifications: - Strong commitment to CALM's mission, vision, and

inclusion - Must have respect for confidentiality; ability to work
with discretion and integrity - Strong computer skills, including
Microsoft office and web-based systems. Proficient in use of Zoom.
Able to adapt to using various types of software - Exemplary
standards of integrity and leadership qualities - Proven skills in
problem-solving and decision-making with good judgment -
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Able to
prioritize competing responsibilities with effective time
management skills - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to
effectively collaborate in a positive manner - Excellent verbal and
written communication skills - Able to provide feedback to staff in
a constructive manner - Able to work independently and as a team
member - Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred - Must have a
valid California driver's license, clean DMV record and criminal
record clearance from the DOJ CALM Compensation and Benefits:Our
benefits package includes a competitive salary with hourly
compensation ranging from $32 to $37 dependent on experience and
education. Bilingual staff receive an additional $2 per hour.
