Job Description:
Robert D. Niehaus, Inc. (RDN) has rolling openings for part time
on-call professional staff to support RDN's FEMA Public Assistance
contract. - We are seeking financial analysts, cost estimators,
accountants, appraisers, construction inspectors, project managers,
environmental planners, general planners, and specialists of all
experience levels to provide on-site support in FEMA Regions 5, 6
and 8 following disasters to head relief efforts and mitigate
damage. -This is a career opportunity to be part of a specialist
task force that helps communities recover from disasters. This is
also an opportunity to work on professional skills, which range
from leadership and management to personal adaptability while doing
meaningful work with a positive impact.Deployment Locations: -
Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Wisconsin, Arkansas,
Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, Montana, North
Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming -Qualifications:Ability to
travel and provide onsite assistance: deployments can last from 6
to 12 months. - Multiple deployments can happen within a year if
desired.Degree in related fields/industry: Finance, Accounting,
Construction Management, Project Management, or relevant degree.
Related experience in the industry is also required.US Citizenship
requirement: FEMA requires candidates to be a Citizen of the United
States to work on this contract.Security clearance on FEMA
background check: Homeland Security FEMA Public Trust security
process will begin upon hiring. All personnel must obtain an
Entry-on-Duty (EOD) approval prior to their deployment.Computer
literacy and process orientationAbility to work well in a team

infrastructureCreate and review damage estimates with local
