Job Description:

Mission Linen Supply is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Representative. This position will have the primary responsibility for accounts payable and is able to prioritize and multitask, meet deadlines and stay organized. The ideal candidate should be forward thinking and have great communication skills. Experience working for a large company that exist in in multiple cities and state managing different tax rates is a plus.

+ Organize, monitor, and track numerous ongoing and one-time activities, events and projects

+ Manage, maintain and insure all invoices are paid on time with appropriate documentation

+ Reconciling vendor accounts by researching and correcting discrepancies

+ Ability to solve problems with little supervision

+ Other duties as needed


+ Minimum 2 years of experience in A/P required.

+ SAP software experience a plus!


+ Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal direction.

+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.

+ Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
