SUMMARY: Under general guidance, will provide complex administrative and executive support and project coordination to meet executive and corporate goalsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The job description reflects management's assignments of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: - Coordinate weekly and monthly meetings for CEO and his direct reports. - Provide administrative management of the Santa Barbara office including resolving issues related to the day-today operations and coordination of services provided by external vendors. - Review, monitor, and administer monthly lease agreements for the company with related third parties. - Plan and prepare CEO's travel arrangements and itinerary for conferences, meetings, and facility visits. - Complete expense reports as required upon completion of travel. - Manage special projects that may be cross-departmental in scope. - Perform admin duties as required, including preparing correspondence, filing, faxing and copying. - Maintain and file company related records and policies. - Accomplish special projects as assigned with exceptional attention to details and timelines. - Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality in a fast-paced, multi-task environment - Ability to work under tight deadlines - Accurately perform detail-oriented work - Ability to be flexible in changing daily workload priorities as directed - Coordinate and synchronize multiple projects involving multiple companiesEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: - Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.LANGUAGE SKILLS: - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. - Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. - Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: - Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.REASONING ABILITY: - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. - Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.COMPUTER AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT SKILLS: - Proficient skills in use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointPHYSICAL DEMANDS: Sitting at desk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.WORK ENVIRONENT: office environmentTRAVEL: 10% of local travel will be required.HOURS and FLEXIBILITY: Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:
