About this role
As part of Platform Management, you will be
a part of a cross-functional team tasked with
developing industry leading capabilities
in Epsilon’s CORE Platform. Today’s digital
advertising campaigns are more complex than ever,
with highly targeted
audiences, complex bidding algorithms
and a variety of creative formats that can
reach users across their
devices. Epsilon leverages these
technologies with our proprietary personalization capabilities
to dynamically render impressions and videos based
on each individual’s profile and context, creating a
true 1 to 1 experience.
You will be responsible for helping manage
and drive the platform vision and roadmap. Our
team’s end goal is to make it easy for end users to setup,
validate and measure
digital campaigns that allow our clients to reach
their marketing objectives. You work closely
with our UX, Engineering and Operational
stakeholders to solution best in class
- Interface with internal client-facing teams to understand and
document business needs and use cases.
- Define user stories and product requirements for new and
enhanced platform features.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to
make campaign setups simple and intuitive for end
- Incorporate new industry capabilities and best
practices into our tools.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research to keep
the Epsilon’s digital advertising feature set
competitive and differentiated in the marketplace.
- Be the technical
expert on how features should be setup
and executed on the platform.
- Rollout new features and capabilities
to operations teams, including training end users
and prioritizing feedback into the development
- One to three years of product management or equivalent
experience, three to five years total experience
- Knowledge of usability and software product design principles,
and experience in wire-framing is desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
skills including the ability to write effective product
specifications and use cases.
- Conduct a basic business analysis. Basic SQL
knowledge is desirable.
- Knowledge of ad
tech is highly desirable.
