Job Description:

An established IT Consulting Company in Goleta is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Support Tech to join the team. This company has been voted one of the best places to work in Santa Barbara, and there is great growth potential. Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour Responsibilities: ---Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software ---Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically ---Recommend hardware and software improvements ---Track customer issues and resolutions Qualifications: ---2 - 5 years' experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields ---Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Excellent written communication skills are essential to success. ---Familiarity with the following hardware/software platforms: ---Windows Server ---Microsoft Active Directory ---Microsoft Exchange ---Microsoft SharePoint Server ---VMware / Hyper-V Virtualization Platform ---Microsoft Office Applications ---Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills ---Positive and professional demeanor If you are interested and have the experience in the areas above, we would love to hear from you.
