The Security Assistant Shift Supervisor assists in maintaining
the efficient operation of the uniformed security team by
scheduling, providing training for, and assigning duties to Team
Members to meet the daily demands of the department.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Satisfactorily complete all department mandatory training
(i.e., MOAB, CPR, BBP, First Aide, Fire Extinguisher, ICS
Knowledge of applicable law, regulations, rules, procedures, and
administration is required.
Able to effectively perform dispatch duties.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience and
Exceptional detail and follow-up skills.
Able to effectively establish priorities and meet deadlines.
General knowledge of leadership and supervisory skills and
Ability to quickly evaluate alternatives and decide on a plan of
Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft
Current driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
- Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the
Tribal Gaming Agency.
