Smile Brands Inc. is looking for a Customer Service
Representative to join our team in Irvine, CA. to support our
dental offices and patients with financing.
- Professionally handle inbound/outbound calls from internal and
- Ability to multi-task and switch gears while maintaining
organization and providing excellent customer service.
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access
and fulfill customer needs.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such
as addresses and phone numbers.
- Understand customer's account and business rules to provide
accurate information to our customers.
- Data entry, administrative and processing experience
- Assist with projects as needed.
- Ability to work with multiple systems.
- Requires highly developed communication skills to effectively
work with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work as a team member, creating and maintaining
effective working relationships.

- High School Diploma/ GED required, AA or higher strongly
