Through access to continuous monitoring and predictive scoring, insurers gain deeper insight into risks in real-time which can significantly enhance many aspects of the insurance life cycle including underwriting, claims, and book assessment.

Carpe Data is located in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara. All Carpe Data employees are currently working from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic with plans to continue to do so until Summer 2021. This role will be recruited virtually and this position will start remote until our office reopens safely. Candidates must be located in Santa Barbara or willing to relocate to Santa Barbara once our office reopens.


Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will be the first stop for any customer inquiries. When the customer thinks about Carpe Data, your interactions and our product will be the first things they think of. We are looking for an organized, creative thinker who loves talking to people and can analyze data for trends and opportunities. If you dont have insurance knowledge, thats okay. We would prefer some knowledge of insurance, but are willing to train the right person.

  • Lead and manage customer relationships to drive positive customer experience and satisfaction, measured using health metrics and NPS
  • Manage and triage issues reported through the Customer Service phone line or email group and help troubleshoot/resolve account issues.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into all Carpe Data products, marketing, and sales process
  • Ensure full setup and maintenance of accounts and customer data
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to support pilot customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities by analyzing data and providing recommendations
  • Create and implement cross-customer efficiencies for internal and external processes

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of Customer Service, Account Management, or other related experience preferred
  • Must be proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Comfortable leading discussions with peers and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work is critical
  • Travel Requirements: 10-20% (travel to HQ, remote offices, and customer sites)
