Description:Prepares, creates and integrates complex schedules for programs, development projects, process improvements, capital projects and critical site objectives. Ensures that schedule flows are correct and that critical paths are identified, communicated and worked appropriately. Proactively identifies potential variances to plan and works with program and functional management to develop risk mitigation and work around plans. Updates program schedules with task owners and brings items of concern into the program teams. Works closely with Finance personnel to calculate earned value performance, explains variances and works contingency and recovery plans as necessary. Supports resource planning activities for program and site to see that development and production schedules and plans are executed.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience using Microsoft Project, Excel and Powerpoint. Strong working knowledge of earned value principles and practices. IMS and critical path analytical skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to lead meetings and reviews. Ability to work multiple projects concurrently. Experience using earned value reporting tools.
Desired Skills:
Variance analysis and reporting experience. Experienced Control Account Manage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with Lockheed Martin policies and procedures. Top Secret Security Clearance.
