Our client, a well established industrial manufacturing organization, is seeking a Senior Production Manager to join their team. As a Senior Production Manager, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations department, supporting production supervisors and hourly teams across multiple production areas. The ideal candidate brings strong on-floor leadership, accountability, and a hands-on approach that fits a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Title: Senior Production Manager Location: Arvin, CA Pay Range: $80,000-$85,000 What’s the Job? Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met Supervise, coach, and develop supervisors, team leads, and production employees Manage staffing, scheduling, performance management, and corrective action processes Analyze production data and drive improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste Partner with Maintenance and cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability What’s Needed? 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Hands-on leadership style with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production setting Professional fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate safety and performance expectations Experience in steel fabrication, welding, roll forming, paint line, or automated manufacturing environments What’s in it for me?
