with a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment
opportunity for a Mid-Level Associate in the Litigation Practice of
their Los Angeles office. Job Requirements: Between 3 to 7 years of
litigation experience Excellent academic credentials and strong
research, writing and oral advocacy skills. Experience in a mid to
large law firm Experience drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting
research, managing traditional and electronic discovery, Experience
assisting with and/or taking and defending depositions Experience
appearing before state and federal courts. Good standing with the
CA Bar. Federal clerkship a plus. Practice Summary: The firm’s
Commercial Litigation Practice is skilled in business dispute
litigation and has wide-ranging experience in corporate governance
and compliance and with issues which typically arise in business
disputes. We have litigated issues of first impression. Our team
comprises experienced trial lawyers who understand broad business
implications and can draw on the firm's multidisciplinary teams in
industries such as financial services, accounting, insurance, real
estate, eDiscovery and entertainment. Consistently ranked among the

have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a
variety of industries across the country and sometimes
internationally. Compensation and Benefits: The expected pay range
for this position is: $225,000 - $350,000 Full time employees may
be eligible for a discretionary bonus, Health insurance,
