$250,000 per year A bit about us: An established midsized defense
firm in Los Angeles has an immediate opening in their employment
law department for an attorney with at least 4 years of relevant
litigation experience. This is an excellent opportunity at one of

bonus structure. We are seeking attorneys with substantive
experience defending employers across a wide range of
employment-related disputes. This practice is set apart from their

sustainable work practices. Core responsibilities for this position
include: Drafting substantive motions including motions to dismiss
and summary judgments Preparing compelling oppositions to a variety
of motions Investigating and analyzing liability and damages to
develop effective case strategies Conducting legal research
Preparing discovery requests/responses Taking/defending depositions
Representing clients in court, hearings, trial, and alternative
dispute resolution. The ideal candidate is an innovative problem
solver with strong written and oral advocacy skills. The partners
