Job Description:

In this position you will be responsible for responding to a high volume of incoming calls from customers.

Responsibilities:

? Responds to customer inquiries in a timely fashion.

? Collects information and forwards messages to specific departments

? Provides daily communication regarding status of customer inquiries.

Knowledge & Skills:

? Exceptional customer service/relationship building skills

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Strong ability to multi?task / talk and type at the same time

? Ability to display good judgment and make decisions on the fly

? Ability to follow through on tasks until completed
