Job Description:
Cutting edge company from Santa Barbara is hiring several temp
to hire Customer Care Reps to field calls with customers to resolve
tier-1 customer system issues. You'll love the campus-style work
environment, fun perks, and opportunity for increased
responsibility.
In this role you will:
-Answer incoming support- and billing-related phone calls
-Read and respond to email messages from new and existing
customers; retrieve and reply to voicemails from new and existing
customers; meeting established call-center metrics and call-quality
standards
Requirements:
1+ years Customer Service experience, preferably in a computer
related environment Exposure to light networking and PC
troubleshooting (preferred) Knowledge of CRM applications
(preferred)
