We have a fantastic opportunity for people who prefer to work in the evening! One of Santa Barbara?s growing tech companies is seeking a number of night shift Customer Service Representatives to join their team!

This office boasts a positive corporate culture and lots of room for growth!

Currently they are seeking part time & full time Customer Service representatives for night shifts. An example shift is 2PM ? 10PM or 4PM to 12PM, etc!

In this role you will provide important support to nationwide customers and utilize active listening skills to ensure best practices are used in service.

Skills / Responsibilities

- This job is ideal for someone with clear communication skills, both written and verbal

- Excellent customer service on the phone and in person

- Working knowledge of MS office programs
