Job Description:

Our firm is seeking an associate for our Labor & Employment Group.Our labor & employment practice includes employment contract disputes, wage and hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, ERISA, and litigation matters. Candidate will work with a team of partners and associates focusing on representation of employers in employment and complex litigation matters. Excellent communication skills required. We are looking for a candidate with one to five years of experience. Must be a member of CA Bar.
Location: Our main office is in downtown Santa Barbara just one block from the Courthouse.
Compensation and Benefits: The compensation range for a 1-to-5-year associate is between $110,000 and $220,000, depending on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. A full-time associate is also eligible for the following firm benefits: vacation, sick time, medical insurance, dental insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k) plan and profit-sharing contributions.
