About UsRemoteBridge uses an immersive 3D platform (i.e. avatars
running around a virtual world) to help medium-to-large companies
hire tech-forward talent. We do this by hosting virtual recruiting
events. All the invited candidates are sourced and pre-screened by
our professional, in-house team - no bots or AI. Though our
platform enables us to source candidates quite effectively, we need
help with client-side business development.
By The NumbersWe launched only recently but so far our clients are
reporting: -
- - - - - -46% of candidates qualified for a second interview - - -
- - -22% qualified for a third interview and - - - - - -12% were
given offers, reducing a 4-6 week process to 2 hours. -
And on the candidate side... -
- - - - - -88% of the candidates said they had an improved
perception of the client's brand and culture. -
This overheard conversation between two candidates captures a lot
of the value we add: "To be honest, I hadn't heard of the company
and wasn't that interested in the position. But I was curious how
it would work in here. Now that I've heard their pitch I think I'm
going to apply." -There is no upfront cost to clients - they pay a
fill fee for each successfully placed candidate. -
Who We're Looking ForDo you have at least two years of experience
in recruiting with a focus on new business/client development? Do
you have a good network of U.S. based companies who are hiring
early-to-mid career technical and sales people? If so, please reach
out. We'd love to meet you! -Note: We don't need help sourcing
candidates, but do need help with business development on the
client side. -
About the PositionThis is a remote, contract sales position that is
commission based (plus a small base during training as we get you
up to speed on the product.) We are happy to pay for referrals
which can be as little as an email introduction. If it feels like a
good fit for all, this could grow into a full-time position with a
base salary, full benefits, and stock options. -
Company BackgroundAfter a long period of development, we launched
our immersive 3D platform in Dec. 2021. We started off doing
team-building in our virtual space. So far, we have 19 of the
Fortune 100 as paying clients, including Amazon, Intel, Dell,
Comcast, Google, Microsoft, Pfizer, Mars Inc., PepsiCo, Home Depot,
and FedEx - 80% of which of whom have already returned for a repeat
event. -
We launched our immersive 3D recruiting platform only last October.
We have three patents pending and recently closed a round of
funding. Our team is entirely remote but our founders are based in
Santa Barbara, California. -
Big picture, we take our work but not ourselves seriously. We
believe we're bringing joy to the world - one virtual backflip,
