Description: Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for an exceptional person to fill a key customer
service position within our call center. Santa Barbara Auto Group
represents 7 Premium Brands in Santa Barbara. We strive to provide
a "World Class Experience" to our clients at each opportunity.
Automotive experience a plus, but not necessary. This is a
full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
PM19Requirements: We are looking for a person with the following
qualifications:
---Front line customer service experience
---Exceptional telephone communication skills
---Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities
---Direct customer contact experience with problem resolution
skills
---Ability to interact with multiple department managers
---Excellent written communication skills
---Extremely PC / IT literate
---Wants the ability to grow with our business

---Customer Service Specialist has a Base Hourly Compensation of
between $18 - $22
