Job Description:
The Pacifica Suites Santa Barbara is transitioning into The
Steward, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel and is seeking
Steward/Dishwashers to join the new F&B Team. As a rockstar on
the F&B Team you will help us craft inspired workplaces that
enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and
maximize investor returns ! This could be the perfect opportunity

Full & Part-Time shifts available!
Position Responsibilities:
-Keep all dishes and kitchen supplies clean and stocked
-Keep all areas of kitchen clean, including floors, walls,
ceilings, shelves, counters, etc
-Assist chef and cook with food prep and inventory as requested
-Arrange serving dishes, trays, utensils, cups and paper
products
-Washing serving equipment, china, glass and silver and return to
storage after meal hours and functions, as needed.
-Ensure all tables are properly cleaned, and dining area is
vacuumed.
-Welcoming and friendly personality.
-Assists department in maintaining safety equipment and emergency
procedures for the safety of all guests and employees.
-Maintain an inventory of needed supplies; keep all items at par
level.
-Comply with standards as outlined in the brand's food sanitation
checklist.
-Complete daily, weekly, monthly inventory, as needed
-Be familiar with hotel facilities and their location and
hours
