Join us!Dining Service Aides work in Skilled Nursing to assure residents have a nutritious meal, following dietary guidelines.In this role, theDining Services Aidewill create a welcoming dining experience for our Skilled Nursing Residents by fulfilling the following duties

• Working within dietary guidelines, assemble meal trays for residents as requested
• Serve in the dining room, providing plated meals according to resident's request
• Assure all meals are kept and served at proper temperatures
• Transport meal carts from kitchen to resident areas and back
• Complete other duties as assigned before the close of each shift period.Salary range $15.87 to $17.50The ideal candidate will have:
  • Willingness to work with and interact with older adults
  • One year experience working in a Healthcare setting within dining services preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate effective reading, writing, speaking and analytical skills,
  • Full understanding and effective application of sanitation, food borne illness, and cross-contamination policies and procedures as well as the use of HACCP protocols.
  • Knowledge of dining room operational procedures and etiquette, proper small wares handling, as well as knowledge of residents rights.For full time employees, we offer a generous benefits package that includes:
