Soon to be The Steward, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel is currently
seeking an experienced and knowledgeable hands-on Chef to engineer
a F&B experience rooted in horticulture and local foods as the
property re-brands from Pacifica Suites Santa Barbara in early
spring, 2023. If you are ready for the next step in your career on

Position Responsibilties:
--- Management of day to day Beverage & Food Operations / 75-80
seats
--- Prepare high-quality food and beverage menu items
--- Ability to maintain guest confidence through prompt and
courteous communication with guests and associates
--- Execute B&F to the highest quality of service to guests at
all times
--- Assist in managing aspects of P&L by controlling costs and
achieving budgeted CPOR
--- Monitor labor productivity
--- Train department in all duties and empowerment needed to reach
top performance levels
--- Support the sales efforts of the hotel and in generating
revenue opportunities
--- Complete inventory, ordering and re-stocking of B&F on
daily, weekly, monthly basis as required
--- Select/assist in the selection of hotel associates, complete
new hire paperwork, reviews associate performance and conducts
personnel actions such as disciplinary actions
