CANDIDATE MUST BE BASED IN SANTA BARBARA, CA. THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION THAT GENERALLY REQUIRES AVAILABILITY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 1-6PM BUT MOST MEET & GREETS ARE PERFORMED AT 4PM. Make renting a short-term rental property as easy as possible for our homeowners and take away the stress of having to do it all on their own.Our dedication to quality as a core value has created tremendous momentum. In only two years, we have grown from just one property in Santa Barbara to over 50, with continued growth month after month.POSITION SUMMARY:As a young company experiencing tremendous success, we are seeking an individual who is hardworking, dedicated to an exceptional customer experience, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.As a Guest Services Specialist, you will be an instrumental part of our Property Care team and responsible for supporting a subset of our most ultra luxury properties through in-person Meet & Greets with property guests, as well as providing welcome amenities to these guests. This role requires someone who is extremely personable, excited about delighting guests, is highly organized, punctual, responsible, and has a keen attention to detail.All duties and responsibilities of this position must be performed with exceptional care and genuine customer service while upholding our standards and culture.RESPONSIBILITIESPerform Property Meet & Greets: Pre-inspect properties for cleanliness and readiness the day of guest arrival and rectify any issues by working with the Property Care Manager. Prepare properties for guest arrivals by setting lighting, music, opening shades, and other tasks. At the direction of the Reservation Specialist, purchase amenities and provide in property prior to guests' arrival. Coordinate arrival times with guests and work with any changes to guests' arrival times. Restock supplies when needed. Welcome guests upon their arrival at the property and perform a detailed walkthrough of property with guests -- that includes (but is not limited to) showing guests how to use all electronics, open and close blinds and windows, reviewing all specific instructions from the owners for their property, reviewing house manual, providing suggestions on restaurants and things to do and where to visit locally. Reviewing property rules and local noise ordinances with guests, as well as discussing any potential fines should rules be broken.Job Type: Part-timePay: $25.00 per hourBenefits: 401(k) Paid time offSchedule: 4 hour shift Day shift Weekend availabilitySupplemental pay types: Bonus pay
