Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Ridgecrest, CA, outpatient setting where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active California Physical Therapist license required prior to the start of the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. No new graduates. Previous outpatient physical therapy experience is required. Experience with functional treatment programs, patient evaluation, goal writing, and documentation in accordance with clinic and payer guidelines. Ability to complete timely and accurate medical record documentation, including letters of medical necessity and charge entry. Demonstrated competency in safe patient handling and materials handling procedures. Willingness to participate in student supervision and professional development activities. Adherence to state practice act, professional codes of conduct, and maintenance of required continuing education. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Schedule: 5x8.
