Occupational Therapist Location: Northridge, CA Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,867 to $2,061 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title OT (Occupational Therapist) City/State: Northridge, California Shift: 8 hr Days, Thurs-Mon Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 04/06/2026 Job Description: The Occupational Therapist (OT) will work within the rehab unit delivering therapeutic services including assessing patient needs and providing appropriate treatments. The OT will work varying shifts depending on assignment requirements. Responsibilities: Treat up to 9 patients per day in outpatient setting. Treat up to 13 patients per day in inpatient setting. Collaborate with Rehab Aides and other staff members to facilitate patient recovery. Document patient treatments using the Cerner Powerchart system. Requirements: Must have passed the NBCOT exam for certification. One year of experience or more is required. BLS Certification required. Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part III
