Pharmacist Location: San Luis Obispo, CA Agency: Windsor

Information: Rotating - 3 days Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start
Date: 3/8/2026 About the Position description : Verify and fills
orders for medications, monitors patient medication therapies,
provide drug information, identifies and troubleshoots potential
medication safety hazards, documents all interactions for medical
review, and supervises and directs support personnel. requirement :
Night Shift 7 on 7 off, 10 hour shifts 2030 to 0700. work every
other weekend. Need Cerner experience. Prefer an IV certification
like Critical Point. 2-3 years of hospital experience
required.Education and Work of school of pharmacy: RequiredDoctor
of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree: PreferredOne year's technical
experience: PreferredInpatient clinical pharmacy experience:
PreferredLicenses/ license in the state of practice: RequiredAll
licensures and certifications needed to fulfill the duties required
of a Pharmacist at the state level: Required
