Work independently under nurse leadership supervision, coordinating
care for acutely ill patients Utilize Cerner EMR system in a
fast-paced clinical environment Engage in collaborative team
dynamics with physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and nursing
staff Participate in professional governance councils and
evidence-based practice initiatives Deliver compassionate,
patient-centered care aligned with ANA standards and California
Nurse Practice Act 3 years of experience required with advanced
nursing competencies Requirements: Valid and unrestricted State of
California Registered Nurse License (RN) Minimum 3 years of nursing
experience Knowledge and experience with Cerner EMR system Advanced
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification Current American
Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program;
Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred Proficiency in English
