Job Description Job Description Location: Glendale, California Department/Unit: Emergency Room Salary Range: $45 to $55 per hour Shift: Night Shift (18:30 start time) Duration: 16 weeks (Contract) Job Description Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced and dedicated Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Room (ER) in Glendale, California. This role is essential for providing high-quality care to patients in urgent and critical situations. Key Responsibilities Assess and triage patients based on medical need and urgency upon arrival in the ER. Provide emergency care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room setting preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. Additional Information Contract Duration: 16 weeks.
