they need. Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join
our team and provide high-quality mental health services at a
correctional facility. This role involves assessing, diagnosing,
and treating inmates with various mental health conditions,
facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, and developing
comprehensive treatment plans. Key Responsibilities: Conduct
comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized
treatment plans. Provide individual, family, and group therapy
sessions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure
integrated care for inmates. Maintain accurate and confidential
records of patient interactions and progress. Participate in case
conferences and staff meetings to discuss patient care and
treatment plans. Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and
regulations. Qualifications: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
(LMFT) in the state of CA. Master's degree in Marriage and Family
Therapy or a related field. Minimum of ONE year of clinical
experience, preferably in a correctional or similar setting. Strong
clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental
health conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a
multidisciplinary team. Commitment to providing high-quality,
