Job Description Job Description Job Title: Travel Nurse -Speech Pathologist Location: Hanford, CA, USA Shift: Day Shift (Start Time: 08:00 AM) Duration: 13 Weeks Salary: $40 to $50 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team in Hanford, CA. This position involves working day shifts starting at 8:00 AM, with a total commitment of 40 hours per week and no on-call responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients improve their communication and swallowing abilities. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care and recovery. Educate patients and families about communication strategies and techniques. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech pathology. Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Licensure: Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Pathologist in California. Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
